This document outlines the guidelines and rules that govern our referral program, ensuring a smooth and rewarding experience for both you and your friends.
InvestM is excited to introduce the Refer a Friend Program, extending a warm invitation to all our valued clients in eligible countries to join. Clients participating in this campaign can benefit from various offers such as with drawable balance, 150% bonus, special account group, and swap-free offers. By participating in this campaign, both the Current Client (Referrer) and the New Client (Referral) acknowledge they have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Terms of Business.
1. Program Duration
From 06/11/2023 to 31/12/2023
2. Eligibility
To participate in this program, you must meet the following requirements:
You are a client of InvestM, have a verified account, and are subject to InvestM General Terms of Business.
You accept the Terms of this Program.
3. Scope of application
This Campaign is only valid for Referrer Clients and Referral Clients, which are defined as follows:
(a) “Referrer Clients” shall mean:
You are a client of InvestM, have a verified account, and are subject to InvestM General Terms of Business.
You accept the Terms of this Program.
A client that has a current account with InvestM.
A client that is an individual over eighteen (18) years of age.
A client who has received an invitation from InvestM to refer-a-friend.
A client that has placed at least five (5) trades in their InvestM account in the previous one (1) month from the date of the referral.
(b) “Referral Clients” shall mean:
A client that has been introduced to InvestM by a “Referrer Client.”
A client that is not a “Referrer Client.”
A client that is an individual over eighteen (18) years of age. Anyone who meets the criteria above shall be deemed a Referrer Client or New Referral Client.
4. Program Terms
(a) - The Referrer will receive a Reward of 50 USD or its equivalent if the Referral fulfills the following Trading Terms:
Deposits a minimum of 250 USD to one of the InvestM Account Types.
Completes trading activity in the Account(s) at least 3 Standard lots FX or Gold (in total) for all account types. Indices and Stock CFD positions shall not be taken into consideration.
The Referral will receive %150 Bonus on their first deposit.
(b) - The Referrer will receive a Reward of 75 USD or its equivalent if the Referral fulfills the following Trading Terms:
Deposits a minimum of 500 USD to one of the InvestM Account Types.
Completes trading activity in the Account(s) at least 5 Standard lots FX or Gold (in total) for all account types. Indices and Stock CFD positions shall not be taken into consideration.
The Referral will receive %150 Bonus on their first deposit.
(c) - The Referrer will receive a Reward of 100 USD or its equivalent if the Referral fulfills the following Trading Terms:
Deposits a minimum of 1000 USD to one of the InvestM Account Types.
Completes trading activity in the Account(s) at least 7 Standard lots FX or Gold (in total) for all account types. Indices and Stock CFD positions shall not be taken into consideration.
The Referral will receive %150 Bonus on their first deposit.

The maximum limit for each Bonus Reward is 15,000 USD.
In addition to these, InvestM provides three special offers for both the referral and referrer clients:
Offer 1: Swap Free Group for a month.
Offer 2: Access the Premium Account Type for just a 5000 USD Deposit.
Offer 3: %150 Bonus for the next deposit.
Referrer and Referral are only able to choose one of the offers.
The balance provided to the Referrer by InvestM can be withdrawn.
5. Example
Mr. X, who agreed to the Terms, shares for the purposes of this Program in InvestM and refers a friend.
Mr. Y, registered with InvestM successfully and opened an Account.
Mr. Y deposited in his InvestM live trading account an amount of 500 USD and completed trading
5 Standard lots of FX or Gold. As a result of that, Mr. X earned a $75 Balance.
Mr. X and Mr. Y can benefit from one of the offers that InvestM provides.
6. Details
Positions closed under 5 minutes shall not be taken into consideration.
The Referrer is entitled to a Reward only once per Qualified Referral and irrespective of the number of times the Referral fulfills the Trading Terms.
The maximum payout and/or total entitlement under this Program cannot exceed $500 for the Referee.
The Referrer and Referral acknowledge that InvestM has the right, as in its sole discretion deemed fit, to alter, amend, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Program, or any aspect of the Program or the Referrer’s and Referral’s participation in the Program at any time and upon any reasonable cause. Under no circumstances shall InvestM be liable for any consequences of any alteration, amendment, suspension, cancellation, or termination of the Program.
If InvestM suspects a client has abused or attempted to abuse this offer to the detriment of InvestM beyond the intention of the offer, then InvestM may deny, cancel, or withdraw the offer to that client, and either temporarily or permanently terminate that client’s access to the online services and suspend or close the client’s account.
Notwithstanding the translated language of this document, the English wording shall be the binding version in the event of any discrepancy between the two languages.
Transfer of funds between accounts are not considered as deposit(s) for the purposes of this Program.
The Referrer can only refer up to 5 Friends under this program to qualify for the reward. Any additional Friends shall not be considered for the program or the reward.
7. Bonus Terms
“Bonus” shall mean:
Credit typically refers to the additional funds provided by InvestM to a trader’s account, which can be used for trading but cannot be withdrawn.
With this campaign, InvestM is offering a 150% bonus to new clients who join us.
The Bonus is calculated as a percentage of the client’s deposit amount, up to a specified maximum, and is intended to increase the client’s trading capacity and potential for market exposure. The maximum limit for each Bonus Reward is 15,000 USD.
The bonus duration is one calendar month. The bonus will be deducted by InvestM after a one-month calendar period.
If the client’s equity falls below the credit amount, the bonus will be removed.
8. End of promotion
Typical cases of abuse include:
+ Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of the referrer and referral rewards.
Collusion: Coordinating with others to artificially fulfill the referral conditions and gain rewards.
Position Manipulation: Engaging in short-term positions (less than 5 minutes) solely for the purpose of meeting trading requirements without genuine trading intent.
Employee Participation: Employees and their relatives participating in the campaign, breaching the campaign’s limitations.
+ Multiple Entries: Attempting to register multiple times using different information to receive rewards multiple times.
